The IBC full insulation cover insulates a container and holds the temperature of its contents. It is a full size cover in quality blue nylon with access openings for the container’s natural outlets, so it can stay on while the container is in use. Available for the standard 1000 litre IBC and for the 640 litre container.
The IBC full insulation cover is designed to insulate an intermediate bulk container and hold the temperature of its contents. It is a full size cover with access openings for the container’s natural outlets, so it can stay in place while the container is being filled or emptied.
It comes in two sizes: item 15-1733 for the standard 1000 litre container and item 15-1735 for the 640 litre container. Both are the same construction, each cut to fit its container.
The cover is made from quality blue nylon, which makes it water repellent. It can be used together with an IBC container heater, or with an IBC foil heater placed in the bottom of the container, to speed up the heating process.
