About Product

The Reusable Base Heater for IBC Liner Bags is a high-performance in-base heating solution
designed for use with IBC systems that incorporate flexible liner bags. Engineered to deliver
consistent and controlled heat transfer directly beneath the product, it ensures reliable melting,
conditioning, and viscosity management for materials that may solidify during transportation or
storage.

The heater features multiple resistance-heating paths embedded over an insulated base and protected
by an aluminium distribution plate to ensure uniform heat coverage across the entire footprint.
A reinforced, fabric-backed PVC outer layer provides durability and water resistance, making the
unit suitable for repeated industrial use. Integrated safety mechanisms—including thermostat and
thermal fuse protection—help safeguard both product quality and operational reliability. When paired
with a PID controller and PT100 sensor, the system ensures accurate control of the maximum surface
temperature the product is exposed to.

Unlike disposable single-use heating pads, this multi-trip design dramatically reduces long-term
operating costs while supporting more sustainable handling practices by eliminating heater waste
after each shipment. With a nominal output of 1400–1700 W and robust ingress-protection features,
it serves as a dependable alternative to warm rooms, water baths, or external jacket heaters.
Lightweight construction allows easy installation by a single operator, even in demanding workflows.
