Heating with an IBC Aluminum Foil Heater is an effective and low cost method to heat the contents from the bottom inside an IBC container.
Aluminum foil heaters for totes / bulk containers
Where other standard foil heaters are produced with a paper inner our tote tank aluminum foil heater is produced with a full body aluminum construction. This construction makes our heaters more stable, durable and capable of withstanding the weight from a fully loaded bulk container.
Manufactured to individual specification our aluminum foil heaters is used in a variety of bulk containers including totes from Schütz, GNX, Hoover, Mauser, Werit and Greif.
Installation and usage is very easy. Just remove the bulk container from the IBC frame and install the heater in the very bottom on the frame. Insert the tote on top of the aluminum heater, fill the container and you are all set to heat the contents. This also makes the heater ideal for heating while transporting the IBC container.
The aluminum foil heater is equipped with a bi-metal limiter. This limits the heater to a maximum of 120/140°F or 160/175°F depending on the bi-metal limiter installed.
The powerful 1400W aluminum heater heats e.g. water in a fully loaded bulk container from 50°F to 110°F in less than 48 hours.
This is a single use heater, which means that the heater is to be discarded when used.
