Built with silicone-insulated heating cables laminated between layers of Kraft paper and aluminum foil, IBC foil heaters are customized to fit various IBC sizes, including popular brands like Schütz, GNX, Hoover, and Mauser. The single-trip design makes them an ideal solution for one-time use during transportation or storage, eliminating the need for extensive maintenance and handling. Simply install the heater at the base of the IBC frame, connect it to a power supply, and you're ready to heat as needed.

Additionally, these foil heaters are equipped with over-temperature circuits to ensure safe heating, even for sensitive materials. Their disposable, single-trip nature reduces labor and operational costs, while the use of 97% recyclable materials makes them an environmentally friendly option. Available Variants

We offer the IBC Aluminum Foil Heater in three configurations to match your specific container type and application:

Standard IBC Heater (1095 × 895 mm)
Designed for standard IBC containers. Available in two temperature ranges — 50/60°C for gentle heating of sensitive materials, or 70/80°C for higher-viscosity products such as resins and waxes. Rated at 1080W / 230V.

IBC Foil Heater RF (1120 × 930 mm)
A slightly larger format for RF-type IBCs. Features a higher output of 1400W for faster heat-up times, and is rated IP54 for added protection against moisture and dust. Temperature range 60/70°C. 230V with Euro plug.

Bag-in-Box Heater — Octagonal (1000 × 1000 mm)
Purpose-built for 8-sided Bag-in-Box containers. The octagonal design ensures full surface contact and even heat distribution. Rated at 1025W / 230V, IP30. Temperature range 50/60°C.

All variants include a 1.5m power cable with Euro plug and are designed for single-trip use.
