The IBC insulation body cover insulates the container and holds the temperature of its contents. It is made from quality nylon with four quick release buckles for easy fitting, and comes in two sizes — for the standard 1000 litre IBC and for the 640 litre container. It can be used together with an IBC container heater or a foil heater for faster heating, and a top lid can be added.
The IBC insulation body cover is designed to insulate an intermediate bulk container and hold the temperature of its contents. It comes in two sizes: item 13-1432 for the standard 1000 litre container and item 22-4055 for the 640 litre container. The two are the same construction, each cut to fit its container.
The cover is made from quality nylon and fitted with four quick release buckles for easy installation. That design lets it be combined with an IBC container heater — attach and power on the heater first, then fit the insulated body cover as an outer layer. Tighten the straps and the heating process is noticeably faster. For faster heating still, an IBC foil heater can be placed in the bottom of the container.
Besides heating and holding temperature, a top lid can be added to the body cover.
