The tote heating jacket is the perfect solution when it comes to quickly and effectively heating up fluids and materials. Heating the material making them very easy to empty from a bulk container with minimal to no waste product.
Amongst many others, syrup, sugar, fats and others are difficult to discharge and often result in wasting products. This is due to the thick viscosity not being able to leave the container.
This ends up being an expensive process unless you heat the bulk container first to make materials smoother and less viscous.
The tote tank heater is prodcued with either 1, 2 or 3 thermostats. The 2- and 3-thermostat heaters are adjustable from 32°F - 194°F and the 1-thermostat is adjustable from 32-104°F, making the container heater very fast and safe to heat liquids and maintaining the wanted viscousity for the content in the container.
The digital controllers shows both the actual temperature and the desired temperature. It is also equipped with nice features like timer function.
The tote heating jacket is designed in a durable and high quality lightweight design. The construction and the quick release buckles makes the heating jacket easy to attach to any standard 250 gallon tote or container.
It's often used when heating industrial liquids and allows them to be poured or pumped with ease.
