Installation Precautions: It's important to note that DEVIiceguard™ heating cables are specifically designed to avoid direct contact with bitumen surfaces to maintain both the cable's integrity and that of the roofing material.
Essential Safety Measures: For ultimate safety, all DEVIiceguard™ cables require a thermostat for over-temperature protection, ensuring that the heat output is regulated and never drops to zero. Additionally, the system must be safeguarded by an RCD (Residual Current Device) with a maximum trip current of 30 mA to prevent electrical faults.
