When it comes to safely heating almost all industrial materials like composite materials, carbon and epoxy prepreg, our industrial heating blankets does the job perfectly. With perfect temperature distribution throughout the surface of the material the heating blanket is a perfect heat spreader.
This heating blanket is designed with durable and highly flexible materials. 1/4" blanket insulation ensures to retain heat. Furthermore the insulation also makes the blanket resistant both for indoor and outdoor use resulting in a longer lifetime.
A high quality digital controller is installed on the blanket showing both the actual temperature and the desired temperature. It is also equipped with nice features like a timer function.
Our heating blankets also comes with a bi-metal limiter. A bi-metal limits the heater to a maximum of 120/140°F or 160/175°F depending on the bi-metal limiter installed.
